Capri is recruiting a Personal Lines CSR to join our Capri Center team.

Responsibilities include in person, on the phone and email client interaction with the goal of fulfilling their insurance needs to the highest standard. The CSR will be accountable for determining customer needs, dealing with customer sales, complaints, inquires and processing transactions. A CSR understands his/her role as a Capri ambassador and strives to provide a positive client experience.

Qualifications include a Level 2 license, 2 years previous Personal Lines experience as well as prior experience on TAM and Microsoft office.
